Gamechangers:
Participants' Application Form

This is the application form for the long-term educational program "Gamechangers":
- Gamechangers basic training in Estonia from 20th to 27th October, 2019
- Webinars from game experts - November 2019
- Local game testing - October 2019 - January 2020
- Gamechangers Fest in Saint-Petersburg, Russia 11th - 17th February 2020

Participation in all parts of the program is required.

We are looking for trainers, facilitators, youth workers, educators, NGO members residing in Estonia, Finland, Latvia, Lithuania and Russia (St.Petersburg). The application process will be open until 10th of September 2019.

Personal data rules agreement (GDPR)

I hereby agree that Shokkin Group and ARTa, MitOst e.V. and Robert Bosch Stiftung may use, process and store my personal data provided in this application form as name & surname, address, nationality, date & place of birth for the purpose of organizing, preparing and following up on the event "Gamechangers" in Baltic & Russia Region between 1st September 2019 till 29th February 2020. These parties will store my data according to the legally stipulated deadlines like the German, Estonian and Russian corporation tax law. In order to be able to carry out the events as well as program design and travel organization, the data will be passed on to hotels, travel agencies, insurance agencies and relevant embassies for processing and deleted at the time limits prescribed by German, Estonian and Russian law. Sharing data with these parties is based on our legitimate interests under Article 6 GDPR and as part of a processing order in accordance with Article 28 GDPR for us.
